What must be verified at order level?
Exact dimensions, materials, slate configuration, components, MOQ, pricing, lead time, packing and shipping terms vary by model and project. These values belong in the signed quotation and approved specification sheet rather than in a general factory claim.
Evidence to request before ordering
- The written specification for the exact model.
- Dimensioned drawings or room-planning information when installation access matters.
- Finish, cloth, logo and packaging references for customized orders.
- Agreed inspection checkpoints and any destination-specific documents.
- Package identification and component list for export installation.
How to compare suppliers fairly
Send the same RFQ to every supplier and ask each one to identify assumptions and exclusions. Compare the complete playing system, service access, approvals, packing and destination scope—not only the cabinet image or headline price.
